In my pic you can see all the charcoal against one side. I pile it up to the bottom of the grill and about 14 or 15" inches long. I light one end and get it going good. I put the butt against the other side. The coals burn like a chain and if needed I add more when I flip the butt overHow does one do that? Can you walk me through it? I smoked this medium size butt for 4 hours. Turned it 4 times
