Skip the CLEO, talk to this gentleman, and get a trust. You will deal with a lot less hassle. And do not cheap out and go the Quicken route. Spend a few extra dollars, and have the peace of mind of knowing a lawyer will back you up if you ever have any issues.

And do not worry about handing over your money to buy this suppressor or any other Class III item from an individual. The ATF will have your's and the seller's info, and once it is in your name, it is penitentiary derriere pounding time if it is not turned over to you.

You'll find that people who are willing to go through all the steps to own NFA things are mostly stand up folks. Part of why I focus my business on this niche.

This is a MAJOR reason I like to DEAL with people into "NFA stuff"....typically very moral, upstanding people and their guns tend to be extremely well cared for....shot a bit, but in good shape...
