lock downs really necessary?

is it just me or has town lockdowns where your not allowed to leave your house till the law enforcement finds the criminal getting more normal in placs like california, and the northeast coast

whatever happened to vigilance and defending your self?

i would think that having a town lock down is giving the criminal a real power trip and ego knowing that he accomplished a lock down occurring
how far will they push the lock downs till the people just want to go about their day, i agree with warning the population and saying try not to go out for awhile if you don't have to but dictating that you can't leave your home is going a bit far

they locked down an entire town after a girl was stabbed to death and it usually happnes in a state run by democrats for some reason
