Long term affects of shooting.223 in a 5.56?

Should I consider trying to reload myself? Is it worth it and how safe is it? Im sure with all the info on the Internet I would be fine. I would hate to miss an important step and have the damn thing blow up.

Reloading is an awesome hobby, but not very cost effective for bulk type .223/5.56 rounds.

I would think the opposite of a long term ill affect of shooting .223 because it's less pressure therefore less psi in the chamber.

as far as reloading yes its worth it comparing to brass cased offerings, compared to tula steel case no. But I dont shoot steel case so yeah reloading works for me

Roughly, how much can I spend on everything to start reloading? Just the equipment not including the primer and powder?

As much as you like, is the question more about the minimum cost for a reasonable setup ? Also, what calibers ?

I think I'll be shooting this 5.56 more. I try not to go he cheaper route. I want something that's going to last.
