So I picked up a P220 magazine a while back, used, good price, only it never really fed quite right. It's a Mec-Gar and I've never had trouble with any of them in the past. I just threw it in the draw and never bothered with it again. Well, while cleaning up recently, I found it again and took another look. The follower doesn't appear to be original or something...there is a shooting star on it and looks an awful lot like this one:
I'm guessing the previous owner put in a 1911 follower or something? Otherwise, the magazine looks identical to my other mags, drops free, locks into placed, etc.
Anyway...problem is that I can't seem to find a replacement. Midways has it on their site, but it's "discontinued from manufacturer" or whatever. So if anyone has any leads, please lemme know. Thanks!
