Looking for Factory Ammo inputs on Tikka T3x 30-06

I am guessing fellow ODT'ers have this setup. I have been less then impressed by five different factory loads I have tried in this rifle (Remington, Barnes, Hornady, Nosler, etc.). Best I can do is 1.5" at 100 yards with the Barnes 168gr.

Scope is on (Swaro), bases are tight (DNZ). It is consistent, just not grouping as tight as I think it should. (my buddy's 7mm-08 varient) shoots 1/2" groups.

Just wondering what load I should try next?

I have had six or seven Tikka's and all shot under one inch with premium ammo.. Maybe scope parallax or maybe human error. Not saying nothin but it might have to go back to manufacturer

Federal Premium Gold Medal Match Sierra 168 OTM ( open tip match ). This is the most accurate ammo I have tried in several guns I have and have owned. My .308 shoot in the .400 region with this ammo and .223 guns I have tried it in. I have an old remington 700 BDL 30-06 that shoots sub MOA with this ammo as well.
