I am pretty small guy. I can definitely handle a 12g but wouldn't it be smart to get a lesser power one? Sure I can practice and shoot 12g but I don't know how much it would slow me down with more power. Thats like going to a IPDA with a 10mm instead of a 9mm.
Looking at Benelli M series and FN slp but they both 12g. The Benelli Nova is pretty decent but barrel is kind of long. I was hoping for something around 18"?
