Midwest industries combat rail?

I’m looking at the Midwest industries combat rail for a build.Does anyone have one? What are the pros/cons.Are they good to go? Or should look else where?

The ones I have installed have decent rails for the money.

I've used midwest stuff a few times, I have been happy with them.

Midwest makes good stuff, the only complaint I’ve ever read was the rail coming loose. But that’s one review out of the entire internet.
