So recently my wife and I have been trying various (legal) moonshines. We started off with Catdaddy as recommended by our local package store. Last week I was in North Carolina and as I was passing through South Carolina I saw signs for Palmetto Moonshine so I stopped by the distillery and picked up two quarts to give it a try. The straight stuff is 105 proof and oh so smooth. The Peach is sweet and tame. Anyone have any other suggestions for moonshine?
