I'll limit mine to pistols.
Most comfortable non carry and most comfortable overall: CZ Shadow 2
Most uncomforable non carry: Any double stack glock.
Most comfortable carry: Glock 43X - this and the 48 are probably the only Glocks that actually fit in my hand nicely.
Most uncomfortable carry: Glock 26 & 27 - Feels like a sawed off 2x4 that my pinky dangles off of.

The most comfortable handgun I’ve held would be the Beretta 92. The grip is big, but it feels like it was made for my hand. If their customer service was worth a damn, I’d still have one.
The most uncomfortable would be the Steyr M9 I rented when they were new. The rear of the grip had a beaver tail that hung too far over the web of my hand and rubbed my thumb knuckle raw.

Among compact 9mm carry pistols, the Taurus Millennium G2 was among the best,
and the worst was the SCCY (With the Block 26 a close second).
