Yea I saw that before the comment period had ended. Hopefully that was just a tentative time frame they provided. I noticed there isn't a specific date given.

More than likely it will but theres no guarantees. I'd like to think that the X amount of tax stamp dollars already collected would be to great to just give all back so they'd probably just let whats in go through. Remember that the proposal isn't banning NFA items, its just making it harder to get.

I believe that has always been the proposed date for finalizing. If they do make the CLEO sign-off a requirement, I would guess a few lawsuits will start flying.
