I always say this. Most rifles aren’t as accurate as their owners think and the owner is even less accurate than the rifle. Still fine for hunting though cause that deer isn’t as far away as they think either…

I wish I had a $5 bill for every person who has stepped onto the 100 yard rifle range and asked me why we didn't have targets at 100 yards, they only see 200 yard target lines.

Let’s not forget all the 1 moa shooters that rarely take a deer past 60 ish yards… my “hunting” rifles are expected to hit 6” plates off hand after walking or having a minor elevation in heart rate at 100 yards, no need to best that for whitetail.
