Mulching vs Bulldozing for new roads

Trees are not too big for a mulcher, and again, there is not a certain path that I have to take. I am mainly trying to make it easier to get from one side of property to the other with my tractor, with the harrows attached. It just needs to be about 10 feet wide, and relatively clean. Not looking for a super speedway.

Mulch it, spray it once a year and done.

Nice to drag the logs for strategic funnels for
Deer.
We also piled up a bunch of logs and pushed a dirt berm from the road we dug and created a shooting range berm.
Trails run behind the berm and the deer seem to gravitate to the berm and like
To walk along the top of it.
Gonna build a hunting tower overlooking it that we can also use for covered target shooting.
