Most states have a method of veto but what is Georgia's? Do we even have a process to veto the "Deal"?

I'm not sure about the process but I do know it requires a 2/3 majority in the House/Senate to override the governor's veto.

That's an incredibly weak slate.
Until we have Constitutional Carry, the rest is crumb snatching. They may have Rs by their name, but they sure run the state like Ds.
