I'm really enjoying this smoker. Did a beer can chicken today using a gadget from Steven Raichler. Beer used was blue moon wheat ale and I added some rosemary and garlic to the canister. 2.5 hours at 350 degrees

Plug the hole on the top of the chicken to infuse the meat with the liquid you put in the can. Makes a significant difference.

You can use a chunk of a potato or make a cone shaped plug from foil....Make sense. I have another chicken I'll do that next time
I got a pellet grill and hauled my gas grill to the dump. I like it to cook most everything on itexcept long cooks, like brisket or butts. I just got a BG EGG. Have not used it yet. I have a Webber kettle too. I may need to get a burn permit if I decide to fire up everything at once
