You stil pay taxes?

With all the resources and professionals available today to prevent that, I'm a little surprised that people still pay income taxes.
But to each their own I guess. Lol..

It just depends on the individual's overall finances I suppose. We made $10K more this year but our tax liability went down. I really do hate to hear about others who's liability went up but it wasn't like that for everyone.

I need to look at % paid versus gross income this year versus last.

I know I am getting back a few hundred this year. Last year I paid $7000 or so additional.

Without analyzing I am unsure.
