Need a little help with a reloading problem, guys

Seems a seating issue. I had problems as well until I started using the factory crimp die. Always make a "dummy" round for the particular bullet and case. Makes setup the next time so much easier.

I am loading a batch of plated 200gr RN and seating them at 1.25" OAL. I didn't see much info out there but it will likely be my last batch of this particular brand. I have been having a hard time with the plating being peeled off when I seat the bullet, so I have had to go to more expansion than usual, which I don't like doing. I am using #5 also, just a bit warmer...

I've read a number of times the statement: "You can't go wrong if you load a little long" as long as the round will feed
and fit in your magazine!

The Lee Factory Crimp die is EXCELLENT ... especially for .38's and .45 Colt
Otherwise, If case lengths are not uniform, you will get squished cases!
