A few years ago my wife posted our shrubs on Facebook. A guy offered to remove them if he could have them and offered to replace them with smaller bushes. Apparently mature plants bring a premium. The guy turned out to be a crook but eventually did most of what he promised

Too bad I’m not your neighbor. I took out two of my neighbor’s holly bushes today. Took me about twenty minutes each with a trench shovel. I did it for free because he’s elderly and on crutches and I’m a good neighbor…not good enough to drive out your way though
