Do you have a friend you trust? Someone that would put her up for awhile? preferably, someone that you don't work with since the tard used to work there too.

Several times a day, the massive amounts of garbage generated by a ship is put overboard. Got to feed the sharks and trawlers. Hold on to it too long, and it starts to stink.

OP, offer still stands. Though by now I'm sure she knows the correct course of action, whether he was lying about being a scout sniper or not.
None that know her as well. She is paranoid of people she dosent know. I think she would trust me to not put her in a bad situation. Most of my single friends have become fair weather friends ever since I got married and my married friends have families.
About the only option you've got is to act as the 'go between' for a place for her to crash. She'll never find a job if she's stressed about this whole mess.
Is this guy the kid's daddy? If she has no job then nothing is really keeping her in Canton or wherever she is. Does she have a diploma? Job skills?
My son and I (3 at the time) slept on air mattresses in my buddies spare room for probably 3-4 months until I got my living situation settled, the divorce and criminal case too much longer. LONG story but I LOST everything except custody of my son (thank the Lord for good Guardian ad Litums) and my job.
IF she really wanted to leave and had at LEAST 1 person who REALLY wanted to help her, she would be gone.

this is what I was getting at.
the single best advice my Drill Instructor ever gave me was:
"Never put your (rooster) any where you won't put your nose"
his second best advice was "if you do not appreciate the situation you are in, it is because you have failed to take control of it."
pretty solid advice all around.

Yeah, I agree with Frogman. Why bother to feed his lust for attention? Write him off and move on. If she doesn't have enough reason to leave his ass and move on, then that's on her to decide and reconcile with.
