Need recommendation for a good scotch

Can't go wrong with Glenlivet 18 year old. It's around $100. And I don't even drink anymore.

I have not tried Glenlivet 18. The 12 yr old is not good . IMHO. The Dalmore is heavy on taste up front but finishes smooth. Not a fave with me. Most folks think if it is expensive, it better be single malt. I grab the gold label 18 yr old Chivas when I get off da hip. So many to choose from
