Need sheet metal repair on a larger smoker

No sure that this is the correct forum but here it is.
I have a large reverse flow smoker that needs the baffle plate replaced. The plate is approximately 48" x30". I need the old one cut out and a new one welded in.
The smoker is on wheels and I can bring it to you.
Just looking for someone that can do it at a reasonable cost.
The pictures below show the work that needs to be done. If anyone has some information on someone that can do the work I would appreciate the info.

Can you post another picture with the lower grate removed.
Would the entire baffle need to be replaced or just the part right out of the fire box?

Smoker has been repaired thanks to B Beeev . Big thumbs up for a great job. Ready to start smoking butts again, lol.
