Need some direction on a training class for carry permit out of state

Ok, So I am headed to Florida in January for a pistol course on tactical shooting. This will be the 2nd course i've taken like this (trying to take one per year somewhere to keep skills sharp)

Anyway, while i'm there I plan to get my non-resident permit from Florida to add to my carry ability as I travel. The state of Florida requires a training class and talking with the local folks there, She could not guarantee that the class I took previously will count nor the one I am there to take. They prefer a NRA course or an affidavit stating I am qualified. Does anyone have a lead on where I can take a simple NRA shooting course around the Acworth/Marietta area?

Because the Florida Non-Resident permit will allow him to carry in other states his GWL doesn't allow.

Check with your local ranges, there are NRA instructors closer to you. I don't remember the name of the place, but there is a trainer in Cartersville at a range.

I think the guy that can help over there is Scott ?Vandaver? (spelling?) You can also go to the NRA web site to see where the instructors are in your area.
