Every ND (3 so far) I've seen during dissassembly with a Perfection Pistol involved a round through the fleshy part of the hand. No mention of that in the story so I'ma go wid the selfy.

This is a guess only. I have heard if you were involved with a gun related incident where the police took your gun it was hard to get it back if it was not registered to you.
I would say since he can say he didn't have time to register it since he decided to shoot a wall the same day he bought it that they might use the BOS as proof of ownership.
It is only a theory. I don't know that I want him to get the gun back.

How do you go about "registering" a gun? I need to get mine registered. Is there a place to do this online?
