Start with no caffeine lol. I stay up till 0330 most nights, averaging about 4-5 hrs of sleep and still hit the gym and manage. Sure it sucks, but some weeks I "nurture" sleep with breathing exercises and sleep meditation. I have apnea and yes, this is dumb, but nightmares. Is what it is and they wake me but box breathing has helped immensely passed 6 months. Gotta want it.So how many of us is still riding that insomnia train. It's 3:10 now and I just fixed a cup of coffee.
I worked on my AR-10 6.5 Creedmoor a little and I am still wide awake. It looks like it's going to be one of those nights where I get no sleep and doze off a couple times during the day. It's a crappy way to exist but hey What ya going to do!
