This is the second time this has been posted on the ODT and the second time I have not found anything in it that says Obama "may change his mind". In fact, to the contrary: “President Obama has been clear that Congress should reinstate the assault weapons ban and that avoiding this issue just because it’s been politically difficult in the past is not an option,”

Everything in this article about Obama backing off on this is nothing but supposition by the writer.
