Is that the original amendment he put out after 41f? Or an updated one. I have the original and have used it on 2 purchases and it worked. It's just this last one they have a problem with
It looks like mine says the settlor and the one you just linked to says settlor and sole trustee, that's the only difference I see and that could be it?
I can't say for sure what the 'original' one was. I believe it had a sentence in it that stated something along the lines of "This amendment shall be null & void once the transfer process is complete". Regardless... the one on his website is the latest & greatest amendment that should be used.
That is the correct amendment. The ATF decided a year later that they did not like the last sentence.

Not at all terrible, only 201 days door-to-door.
My previous 2 were right at a year. 201 is an improvement.
They definitely seem to be trending down to the 6 month mark. I did 2 F4’s and a F1 last month. We will see how they process. It would be nice to get them before the end of the year.
