Not sure. I’ve got two that are 11 months in a trust. Got another back in eight months in a trust. After those two were sent in ! It’s all over the place. No rhyme or reason .

You may be getting close, my November 1 form was approved on May 1 (6 months exactly). Although I'm pretty sure USPS lost the form because it still hasn't arrived 16 days later. Can't order a replacement until the 30 day mark, so my watch hasn't ended yet.
