Wow!! Imagine if we add more laws and regulations. I still may get another stamp even after reading these ridiculous reported wait times. I guess all you can do is make the purchase and forget about it for a year or more. I can’t wait for government to rule more parts of our “free society”!! They are well funded and as efficient as any kindergarten art class.
