The ATF really didn’t think this through when it to processing existing filings vs new efile submissions. I have 2 pending from 6/21 and 7/21 that I don’t expect to get approved anytime soon. But the thought that I could do an efile and get it back before the other two just infuriates me.

Just got another approval from the ATF:

Form: 4 paper
Entity: Trust 1RP
Pending: 3/25/2021
Approved: 3/20/2022
Wait: 360 days (insanity)

My 7/29/2021 check cashed is still pending, no luck on the batch approval with this one.

Mine was cashed the same day 3/25/21 and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile my buddy submitted his Jan 2022 and got it back this week. Pure bs.
