ODT Recipes for Guacamole

I make it fairly simply, increasing quantities for the number of servings that I need.

1 avocado
2 tablespoons Rotel
2 tablespoons chopped onion
A healthy dash of salt and black pepper

Anyone else have some interesting recipes?

I have before, and it adds a lot of flavor to it. But I'm usually just making it occasionally for me. A lot goes to waste if I buy a bundle.

Put the bundle in a mason jar with some water in the fridge. It will keep for a long time. It put it on nachos, salsa, fajitas,etc. Dat s##t is good on everything

No question is stupid. If someone tells you otherwise, body slam em!

What I do is cut the avocado into quarters. It has a big seed/pit in the center. The peel comes off easily. Put the quarters in a bowl, and use a fork to mash it and mix the other ingredients into it.

First you gently squeeze the Avacados. Hope you don't have to ask your daughter, what's so dang funny.. point is, you want Avacados that are ripe enough to be mashed with a spoon

I don't mash them too much though. I don't want a paste. It should have some texture. That's why I use a fork. But that's just my way. Your way is your way.
