ODT Recipes for Guacamole

Combine 2 cans of mater's (one with jalapenos in it)

1 onion

Big pinch of fresh cilantro leaves

Salt

Put all in a blender and you have some great salse to go with the guacamole :0)

Put a block of Velveeta queso cheese and 2 cups of mlk in a boiler on low heat

Cook a pound of your favorite sausage and drain the grease

Put a can of Rotel and the sausage in the melted cheese

Pour over chips and eat with salsa and guacamole

1 Avocado
1 tsp chopped cilantro
1 Tsp cumin
Squeeze the bejeezus out of 1/2 lime
Use a potato masher to mix together
Dice 1/2 tomato and mix with a spoon
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the avacado in half going around the pit. Pull in half , take the half that keeps the pit and whack hard with the biggest knife you have , sharp side down. It’ll stick...then you can pop the pit right out and gut the halves with a spoon. The guacamole may or may turn out ok but that pit makes the best sling shot ammo EVER!

To keep the dip from turning brown, leave the pit in the dip and the dip will look like it should for a few days with proper refrigeration.
