Older Former/Current Moderator on this Forum….help can’t remember his name

Hey, so at one time place I delivered to an individual was in the service was a moderator on this forum I cannot remember this individuals non-screen name used to be closely associated with the 4thCST… I know it’s a shot in the dark, but if anybody can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it
