On @ 0715. I tried something different. Instead of coating it in mustard then rubbing it (couldn’t taste any difference when I did that) I marinated it in a sweet glaze of soy sauce, sugar, and a few extra spices, then rubbed it. Hope it is worth it.

I also used to coat with mustard, but today I put some baby back ribs on the smoker and made a rub using kosher salt, paprika, brown sugar, onion powder, a pinch of thyme and garlic. Pics and report later - hope they taste as good as yours looks!
