One of the $.99/lb Kroger butts

Here it is pulled. The bark was really good. Definitely better than a mustard coating before rubbing. I’m full as a dog tick now.
BTW, it was only a 6 lb butt to start with.

I always rub my ribs with mustard first then hit them with Byron’s Butt rub smoke an hour then wrap with butter smoke some more then unwrap and sauce and smoke some more they are fantastic. Doing them tomorrow as a matter of fact so I’ll post up
When I do ribs, after they’ve been smoking for a few hours, I put butter and honey all over aluminum foil and lay the ribs meat side down on the foil, wrap them tightly, then put them back on to finish. If I’m cooking for someone who doesn’t want them as sweet, I eliminate the honey.
