That reminds me of a guy that was stationed on my boat. When we would pull into port, he would hit up the local clubs and bars. His pick up line was, "Hey you wanna get out of here and go **** like rabbits?" 90% of the time he would get laughed at, slapped or just yelled at. But, the other 10% of the time he was getting laid while the rest of us were still cruising.

So, just like my comment about markets in other countries, if you are willing to play the game, you can get some really good deals.
