So the Give away is the 16th but the meet the 21st? Will the give away just be announced? I'm aiming to be there on the 21st start a new job on the 20th and because it's a friday I'm thinking we'll have to work through the weekend but not sure yet. Will let you know after work on the 20th

Give away day is the 16th, I'll be giving away stuff all day long, then the items can be picked up at the meet or shipped to the winners.
