The kid apparently told his friend that was with him when the FBI showed up that he had a feeling that the agents were going to shoot him (pg2).

That may have been because he was accused of a triple homicide and knew he was screwed.....or maybe not. Two Mass State Police were there as well to question him in regard to that homicide. Or maybe not......(Que twilight zone music)

As I have said before in conversations.....WE WERE NOT THERE.....all we can do is speculate.

And from speculation alone....the verdict does not look good.
