Haven't read all of the pages, and probably won't, but when anyone sees/think they see a plane emitting chemtrails, do they check flightradar24.com to confirm if the plane is a commercial airliner or non ID-able plane, as often happens with some gov planes?

If this has been discussed then disregard.

When you see the trails from commercial airliners, they are just dumping effluent from their bathroom holding tanks.

No idea. So, is it the fuel mixture content that is emitting whatever people think it is emitting? Is that the commercial airlines (if coming from commercial jets) or the fuel/oil companies that are conspiring with the government or some higher authority?

Not being an a-hole about it, but just looking for the cliff notes version as I don't want to read the bazillion pages on what the scoop is.

Depends.
Contrails either come from the engines or (for example) the wing tips.
"Chemtrails" come from wherever the CT's (Conspiracy Theorists) pull them from.
