As a young boy, the family would watch the annual re-run of the classic "Wizzard of Oz". I often wondered how the Scarecrow could talk, think, or communicate when he did not have a brain?

I am reminded of this as I read many of the responses to the original post.

All we need to do is look at the voting public and the officials they elect

Grew up in Warner Robins back when they still had a SAC base with nuke-armed B-52's.

I guess they never could get their chemtrail fuel mixtures right...

Looks like Hunter AFB IN THE 50’s.
Those B-52’s could lay down a fog on takeoff.
My mom worked civil service all her life, as a kid I got to see the blimps at Glynco in the 40’s and the SAC operations in the 50’s up close.
