Open Carry in GA

What are the laws regarding open carry vs. cc in GA. What are rules regarding open carry of Black powder? A buddy of mine said that GA does not have open carry anymore. Is this True? Do you need a concealed carry permit to open carry? Im confused. Can anyne shed some light?

If you have a valid gwl, you can open carry.

sounds good. What about black powder? I think that they are classified different than normal handguns? I am pretty sur the age limits to carry are different too. Is this true or was it bad information?

you need a carry license to carry open or not

i can only imagine using a black powder pistol for defense... first shot acts as a deterrent and ninja smoke screen so you can silently slip away.
