Have you shot a standard P365? If so, and you are OK with the larger rear sight picture and/or wish to run an optic you will likely enjoy the 365XL that much more, especially if you are going to always carry the 12 round mag anyway. Its a bit softer shooting, with a longer sight radius and a much better frame for reloading. If I didn't hate the rear sight so much I would be running one. Instead I am running the XL frame on the 365 slide just because of my hate for the rear sight...but others like Tim at MAC in the video above, prefer the XL's rear sight so it may be a moot point for you.

It's more prone to limp wristing than the 365, at least early on in the round count.
