Pain relief suggestions for arthritis?

Look into Meloxicam. It's not a long term fix due to potential side effects.
I feel it especially bad in the cold months. Might have to find a place in Death Valley in a few years.

Apple Cider Vinegar is the ****, it literally can cure anything. Be sure to get the raw unfiltered version that has the mother.

If you can get Voltaren Gel works pretty good. Costly though. Need a script for it.

This stuff works great for my knees and ankles. I've tried a ton of different topicals and they were all a waste of money. My Dr convinced me to try it to give my body a break from oral anti inflammatory meds.

I've been using voltaren for about three weeks, after the second application my knees felt better, took another couple of applications for me to tell the difference in my ankles. My prescription cost $30 at CVS
