It’s aircrew or maybe a HALO chute.

By the time I transitioned from Airborne private to Helo pilot to Fixed Wing pilot, the OV-1 had a J5D Martin Baker ejection seat. The chute was internal to the seat and all the aircrew wore was a harness. Strap in the seat and you were strapped into the chute…and the explosive charge and rocket, lol.

Lack of a static line tells you it’s not Airborne Private Proof. It definitely ain’t no T-10 or MC1
