PDF Form 4 issues

I am not able to fill in the form 4 on the computer, the first part will allow me to but the other parts will not and nothing is carried over to the next. I have saved the newest pdf form 4 from the ATF website

What kind of transfer are you trying to do? Transfer something between individuals? Or is a dealer making you do your own F4?

This one is fillable for me after you download it and open it in adobe. It won't fill in your web browser most likely.
