People who reneg on deals

If the deal was agreed to by both sides and they ghost or back out, they have earned a neg. Give them one and move one.

I always do everything by PM, no matter how many times someone will say 'text me'. If things look good I usually talk with them on the phone as well, but then I'll PM anything we discussed as confirmation so that it's in the thread as well. Saved me once from a counter-neg so SOP now.

Some old-time members are dicks, some new members are angels, it's a wash in my experience. But one fact is that opinions are like assholes.
