Perferred 9mm ammo: gr and/or brand and why (please)

A while back I decided to carry only Federal brand as it is the most accurate stuff I have shot out of my guns in every caliber.
Shooting ammo I like Perfecta because it's brass and cheaper than Tula.

Speer 147gr subsonic for normal shooting. Two reasons, 1 I shoot suppressed most of the time, 2 is was $199 a case on sale. Everything likes it except my DW Guardian 9. However, I will shoot whatever is on sale as if the price is right.

Practice ammo: Whatever is cheap and plentiful, LOL. I'm not picky.

Carry ammo: I like Hornady Critical Defense or Critical Duty. My Shield and G19 eat it flawlessly, and dependability is #1 in my book. I'm sure that other brands work just fine, but going with a proven product gives me peace of mind.

124gr S&B...clean shooting, never any feed issues and the smaller boxes are easier to store
158 gr Fiocchi subsonic...great for suppressed mp5 and Uzi

Carry is Hornady Critical defense, because everything I've seen and tried myself shows it works like a champ.

Practice, wherever I can get, although I grab Geco 124 gr from SGA Ammo whenever they have it, fairly cheap and a joy to shoot.

Freedommunitions 115gr remanufactured all day long and twice on Sundays.

Cheaper than Russian steel cased ammo.
