How can it go downhill for that reason when it was one of the very first rules we ever had?

No one said traffic is down, traffic is up. We have more traffic than I know what to do with, we could support 100 preferred level sponsors and deliver on every metric that I guarantee.

Never.

It's just the "Best Georgia Trading Forum," no extra qualifier needed. :D

Just to clarify it's $1 a month and not $1 an ad.

If they break the rules I ban them. I don't give anyone special treatment. If they want a refund I'll gladly give them one.

Did you read the first post at all? :D Nothing changes for supporters.

So traffic is up but ad sponsors are down? It’s cool and I’m not upset about the $1 a month for ads to post for no. Supporters but I wonder we had less traffic but more sooner revenue. Serious question. What changed? Maybe a gun forum isn’t a good use of ad sponsor funds in this economic climate. Again serious comment without any disdain for the site. It’s your business to run obviously but I think that might be a good question to ask the current sponsors on why they aren’t ponying up more. There’s got to be a good reason. Hope this helps.

Also as to pricing, and my last on this.

Not everyone keeps up with current market values. If you bought a fairly plain jane AR a few years ago, and just put it in the safe, and you do not buy or trade much, if at all, you may believe that AR is still worth the 800 to 900 bucks you paid for it.

IMO, nothing wrong with a friendly PM to the Seller letting them know of current prices, with a link to an example, so they know, regardless of the item.

What THEY choose to do with the info is their business.

I don't bash prices, in the open or by PM, nor do I negotiate on the Open Forum.

To me, that is what PM's are for. What I buy for, what I sell for .....that is only 2 peoples business.

Absolutely. You you are 100% correct in your assessment.
Can you elaborate on why? I'm just really curious as to why it would be a deal breaker for someone who seems to trade a fair amount. (Just judging from your feedback score, didn't dig into it further than that.).
