I also don’t see Brisket on your poll. That would be my pick then pulled pork.

Fo sho. I think for simplicity I’ll just review the pulled pork and sauce. But will definitely try a few ribs just because.Give us your opinion after hitting all these places!
Agreed!I'm not sure if I don't like their biscuits in the morning better than the BBQ.
Go early for the biscuits and then hang around for bbq at lunch might be the best way to work it!
For a local restaurant, I hear Biguns is good north of Jasper on 515. Sounds like you're about to have a fun week.
Nice. Know the name? There is a little hole in the wall place in Buckhead Ga (the town, not Atlanta) that has the best BBQ I have had in Ga. Nothing compares to good Eastern NC BBQ, but this is close.
I knew it would be good when I saw the cooker out by the street, chained to a power pole!
I like all BBQ, but especially beef ribs the way we cut them in Argentina. Slow cooked for hours over "carbon de leña", only salted before cooking. Then just enjoy with out any sauce. For a local restaurant, I hear Biguns is good north of Jasper on 515. Sounds like you're about to have a fun week.
And they have some killer bread pudding too,One of my fav’s. Amos’ BBQ and biscuits. Ball Ground
