She has epilepsy and it affects every aspect of her life. She takes meds daily. She was called into her supervisors office for not disclosing it and the symptoms she suffers from. Her supervisor told her epilepsy wasn't a real illness and she should be thankful she didn't have diabetes instead like the supervisors son and was then fired.
If you could take a moment and pray for her she needs it and thank you

Pretty sure it's illegal to terminate people for a medical reason(which I'm also pretty sure epilepsy is) but I'm definitely not a lawyer.

I am, however, definitely all for beating that guy with a 3' section of garden hose filled with BB's and capped at both ends with a hose clamp.

Good day sir.

The ADA defintely recognises epilepsy as a medical condition.

Best of luck to your daughter, no matter how you decide to proceed. Note that she was under no obligation to disclose her condition to her employer, before or during her employment.
