Good news with my brother
Docs say he is healing enough won’t need surgery to remove parts of his pancreas
On the same day we got that news we learned that my 85 year old mother has cancer in her liver and that there is no treatment available for that
chemo and radiation don’t work with liver cancer
She had ovarian cancer in the 70s ,
A Ruptured Spleen in the late 80s
Lung cancer in the 90s
and a necrotic and ruptured colon with gangrene in 2006 so she’s a tough old bird , but not sure about this time around
My dad is 83 and in fairly good health
They’ve been married 58 years so I know it’s gonna be tough on him to go through this
